Buying Samsung NP N110 KA01US. Reliable Shipping Cute looking but usable? I set it up and tried connecting to the internet wirelessly. It wouldn’t do it. I called my DSL provider and spent more than two hours on the phone doing every conceivable test. I learned that the unit could connect via a cable but could not do so on its own. I then wasted another 1 1/2 hours with Samsung’s customer service. Their only solution, finally, was to send the unit in for repair.
