Chest acne is a form of Acne Vulgaris, also referred to as Extensive acne. It is a severe skin illness affecting a large number of people all across the world. Though chest acne or acne in general is said to be predominant in teenagers, recent studies have proved that adults also suffer from this kind of disease.The forms of chest acne include pimples, pustules, cysts, blackheads and whiteheads. The size of the acne differs from small, mild breakouts to huge, painful lesions. Acne manifests itself because of excessive sebaceous gland activity. It occurs in parts of the body where there are a lot of pores and hair follicles.
